How do the hours work?

Hours are prepaid at the start of each month. Book sessions as you like and use time for calls, audits, and written feedback. Extra time can be added at the standard hourly rate in 15 minute blocks

Can unused hours roll over?

Unused hours do not roll over unless we agree in advance. If you need flexibility for a launch or peak season we can plan that together

How do we communicate between calls?

You get a dedicated Slack channel for quick questions and file sharing, plus recorded Zoom calls with AI generated notes and action items
