Mike's Experience And Expertise
Mike spent 17 years in the Royal Navy. First serving on submarines, then flying Commando helicopters (turns out dry land has its appeal). After leaving the military, he became a Director within the Virgin group, leading teams and building businesses across multiple sectors.
He co-launched Lion Legion, a print-on-demand store, after a series of disappointing online purchases left him thinking: “I could do better than this.” And he did. A couple of years later he and Louie also created Rugby Nut, another successful POD store.
Under Mike’s leadership, Lion Legion became a six-figure brand known for original, high-quality products and fiercely loyal customers. With zero design experience and no fancy tech skills, he built a thriving POD business from scratch - learning the hard way so you don’t have to.
Today, Mike shares what actually works in the world of print-on-demand: real-world strategies, no fluff, and hard-won lessons from running his own successful online stores. His passion is helping others create businesses they’re proud of - and yes, he still works with his family, which keeps things fun!

Louie's Experience And Expertise
Louie spent over a decade helping big brands grow - leading Google Ads strategy, fine-tuning customer experiences, and turning browsers into loyal buyers. After years in the corporate world, he joined forces with Mike to build successful POD brands from the ground up.

Louie blends data with common sense. He knows every brand is different, so he builds strategies that fit - not templates. Whether you're just starting or scaling fast, he focuses on what actually drives growth and keeps it sustainable. No fluff. Just results.
He’s obsessed with what makes people click (literally and emotionally), and his data-led, customer-first approach has played a big role in scaling our stores. Louie brings the numbers, the know-how, and a quiet refusal to settle for “good enough.”
